Room Rentals: Nightly Rate $125.00 - $180.00 per room plus 10% state and county taxes. Call for special pricing and multi-day rates.
Access to the entire facility is included. Reservations confirmed upon receipt of half of entire stay plus tax. Final payment is due at checkout. Credit cards, travelers checks, cash and corporate checks accepted. We accept reservations for room rentals based on availability.
Facility/Home Rental:

All rates are European plan (no meals included). Weekend and Holidays- 2 Night Minimum 4pm Check-In -- 11am Check-Out. Smoking permitted outdoors only. We regret that we cannot accommodate pets. Boarding facilities are available nearby. Cancellation: 14 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund.
Boardroom Rental:
$100 per/hr including set up time,
minimum 3 hours - Includes usage of a Windows XP Laptop and
Projector with 104 inch Projection Screen.

President's Club
Purchase the President's Plan and automatically become a President's Club member. The member benefits include: Concierge Services, Early Check-in, Late Check out and a VCI Bear’s Surprise. The President's Club membership includes 10 days annual usage of the facility. An advance payment of $10,200.00 is required to purchase the President's Plan.
