Winery Excursions by Wine Tours of Virginia

Wine Tours of Virginia, a proud member of the American Wine Tourism Society, specializes in customizing wine excursions to award-winning wineries throughout Virginia for your group of 2 to over 100 people.  To enhance your stay at The Meeting Place, Wine Tours of Virginia can arrange a wine tasting or dinner for your group, even arranging for an industry insider to speak to your group about wine, or a chef to help you  prepare dinner, and pair your cuisine with the best-suited wines.

We can also plan a brief wine excursion where your group will learn firsthand how the "vine becomes wine".  You will sample unlimited tastings of award-winning wines, to include reserves, and interact with a winemaker or winery principal during your private tour of the facilities.

Wine County Escape Packages - (minimum 3 day advance reservation)

#1 - Overnight Escape Package - 1 night, 1 room, per couple

#2 - Two Night Escape Package - 2 nights, 1 room, per couple

#3 - Two Night Group Escape – Whole Facility Rental, 8 rooms – up to 16 people

$1,000 – Lodging (per night special package price)
$120 – Wine dinner with industry speaker – Optional Service Add-on (per person) (On-site)
$100 – Three stop winery tour with lunch – Optional Service Add-on (per person) (On-site)

#4 - Luncheon 11:30am – 2:30pm  (Boardroom), up to 16 people

$100 – Boardroom rental per hour, minimum of 3 hours and includes usage of a Windows XP Laptop and Projector with 104 inch Projection Screen.

$25 – Lunch including samples of up to four wines, a winery principal who'll discuss the tastings & the Virginia wine industry with your group. (per person)
